Tip for exercise 3 - Leg Stretch
Hello. Today I have a tip for you for the Leg Stretch Exercise. This is the exercise where you are bring one knee in towards your chest and the other leg is on the ground.
The tip I would like to share with you today is that it is very tempting for the leg that's down on the floor to be relaxed. I would like you to think about pushing that leg down and tightening the quad muscle - the thigh muscle - so that the leg is straight. This gives a lovely stretch to the top of that leg.
To do the other leg, bring both legs up to the bent knee position. As you lower the other leg to the ground think of pushing the thigh to the ground so that the leg straightens and feels strong. Pull the tummy muscles in.
